Terms of Service

These terms govern use of iylavista.com and the IylaVista service. By using the site or texting the demo line, you agree to them.

The service

IylaVista provides clinics with Iyla (daily, clinic-branded text coaching for training, protein, and check-ins) and Vista (clinic visibility, including a Friday Pulse and same-day routing of clinical mentions).

The service provides wellness education and accountability only, not medical advice. Users should direct medical questions to their clinic. We are not a healthcare provider. We do not prescribe, diagnose, or treat.

Who may use it

The paid service is for clinics and their authorized staff. The website and demo line are for clinic owners and operators evaluating the service. You must be 18 or older.

SMS terms

If you send or receive text messages as part of an IylaVista messaging program, including the demo line or a clinic-branded coaching program, our SMS Terms apply and are incorporated into these Terms of Service.

Demo line

Texting START to (831) 220-3226 starts a short product demonstration. You agree that messages you send may be read by IylaVista to operate the demo. The demo is education-only and not care.

Clinic responsibilities

Clinics must obtain patient opt-in, set targets, review routed clinical messages, and use Iyla under their own clinical judgment. Clinics must sign a BAA before live patient use.

Fees

The current clinic price is $99/month per clinic for up to 25 active patients. Growing programs are $199/month up to 75 patients. There is no long-term contract. You may cancel anytime. Charges already billed are not refunded unless required by law.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to break security, send unlawful content, or use IylaVista to contact people who have not opted in.

Intellectual property

The site, the Iyla and Vista names, and the product are owned by IylaVista. Your clinic keeps its own brand. Patients see the clinic’s brand, not ours.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as-is. IylaVista does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

IylaVista is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
