These terms apply to text messages sent by IylaVista and by Iyla on behalf of a clinic.

How patients opt in

Patients enroll through their clinic's intake form and consent to receive coaching text messages. Demo visitors opt in by texting START to (831) 220-3226, or by tapping a Text START link or scanning the QR code on this website.

Message frequency

Recurring messages, typically 1–4 per day.

Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

What the messages are

Coaching texts about training, protein, and check-ins, sent under the clinic's brand. Iyla does not give medical advice. Clinical mentions are routed to the clinic.

Privacy

We do not sell phone numbers. Patient texts are handled on behalf of the patient's clinic. See our privacy policy.
